Kristabella Rodriguez

Kristabella Rodriguez is a freshman at the University of Miami, where she is pursuing studies in Psychology and Dance while performing as a member of the Miami Sunsations dance team. Dance has been a defining part of her life for more than 13 years, during which she has trained across multiple disciplines, earning numerous awards and recognition among the top performers in her region. A graduate of American Heritage School, Kristabella was also selected for consideration for the prestigious Silver Knight Award, one of South Florida’s most respected honors recognizing exceptional student achievement, leadership, and service.
Beyond her artistic talent, Kristabella is deeply committed to service and community impact. She is the founder of Dance Always, a philanthropic foundation dedicated to expanding access to dance education for underserved youth. Her compassion, leadership, and desire to uplift others drive her work in outreach, mentorship, and arts-based initiatives that inspire the next generation of dancers.
Kristabella is also a global citizen and avid traveler, always exploring new cultures, perspectives, and artistic influences. Her experiences abroad broaden her worldview and fuel her creativity, shaping a voice that blends empathy, curiosity, and cultural awareness.
At the University of Miami, Kristabella is merging her passion for movement with a deeper understanding of human behavior. Her long-term vision is to explore the intersection of the arts and mental wellness, using dance as a therapeutic, expressive, and transformative tool for individuals and communities.
