Dennis Rodriguez has fueled success across multiple industries with his passion for excellence and unwavering commitment to forward thinking. A visionary entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Rodriguez has built an impressive career in real estate development, entertainment, and cultural innovation, leaving a lasting mark on both business and community.
He began his real estate career in 1999, acquiring assets from Prestige and its affiliate companies. By 2004, Mr. Rodriguez had established himself as one of Prestige’s leading strategic investors, completing more than 50 residential transactions throughout Florida and yielding over $27 million in sales. His exceptional leadership and deep industry knowledge have driven numerous land development projects across Florida and North Carolina.
In 2009, he became a partner at Prestige Companies, where he played a pivotal role in the acquisition, rezoning, and development of more than 4,000 apartments, including landmark projects such as The Amelia District, The Trails, and the revitalization of the historic Hialeah Race Track. His influence extends beyond real estate, championing the modernization of urban spaces through arts, entertainment, and lifestyle integration.
In 2014, Mr. Rodriguez co-founded Rosegate Companies in Charlotte, North Carolina, further expanding his expertise in land planning, entitlement, and community development. He also co-invested in POPS Performing Arts Academy in Charlotte, operating successfully until 2012, a venture that reflected his deep appreciation for creativity and youth engagement.
In 2022, alongside his partners, Mr. Rodriguez introduced The Yards at the Amelia District, a cultural and entertainment destination that has become a cornerstone of Prestige’s hospitality portfolio, merging local food, music, and art into one vibrant community hub.
In 2024, he was appointed President and Managing Partner of Prestige Construction Management, where he is spearheading a business model focused on relationship-driven, exclusive construction projects across South Florida.
Beyond real estate, Mr. Rodriguez has continued to expand his creative ventures as CEO of Rare Hare Entertainment and Co-Founder and Principal of Offbeat Productions, where he serves as an executive producer on a range of film, television, and live event projects.
An active member of global cultural circles, he serves on the board of the International Food and Wine Society (IWFS) (International Food and Wine Society
) and is a member of Soho House Global, reflecting his commitment to community, culture, and connection.
Mr. Rodriguez holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Miami and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business Management from Florida International University.
